At the end of the link up, Maria Voce, President of the Focolare Movement, emphasized that “Pope Francis, in his new Encyclical ‘Fratelli tutti’ has taken on the pain of all people and calls everyone to come together to find an answer.” Hers was a message to people the world over: “I would like all of us together to be, for Pope Francis, a response that is already in action, and that can give him consolation and hope”.
